Having worked in leadership roles at Fortune 100 companies, owning two small businesses, and serving in the military, KJ has an extensive background in business operations. Although she is new to the eating disorder and mental health industry, her work experiences and business savvy have allowed KJ to adapt very quickly in her role as Program Director. When making this career change, KJ aspired to find a more meaningful job, where she could employ her professional knowledge in an environment where she could make a positive impact in people’s lives. She's discovered that perfect blend here at Eden. KJ believes that running a successful program takes human capital and that effective leadership directs the growth and development of others, which in turn allows clients to receive optimal care on their path to recovery. She is currently pursuing an MBA in Health Care Management.
